Alex spent many weekends with us touring properties! He was very patient and helped us find the place that was perfect for us. He helped us navigate the negotiation, and then worked with us through a rocky period between the contract and the closing due to the pandemic. Alex is extremely knowledgeable of the local market, which meant we could spend much less time looking at properties that were not suitable. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, I'd definitely work with Alex again.
